General manager for a condominium on Longboat Key. Must lead with clarity, creativity and accountability. Will be the heartbeat of daily operations, reporting directly to the board president. Will shape the future of the association by strengthening service culture, improving systems, elevating standards, and engaging residents with purpose and transparency.
Will oversee:
* Maintenance director, full time and seasonal staff.
* Community and resident relations.
* Financial and capital project management.
* Maintenance and upkeep of facilities and grounds.
* Board and committee collaboration.
Requirements:
* Hands on leader, polished and approachable, with experience managing complex residential communities or luxury resort operations.
* Equally comfortable reviewing budgets and walking the community, coaching staff and presenting to the board.
* Ready to roll up your sleeves while inspiring excellence in others.
* 7 or more years in community, resort or hospitality leadership.
* CMCA, AMS, PCAM preferred.
* Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Technologically proficient, experience with Yardi, TOPS or CRM systems is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
* Proven success with capital projects and vendor oversight.
* Experience with beachfront or high end resort communities.
Responsibilities:
* Elevate service standards and resident experiences.
* Streamline systems, reporting and internal operations.
* Build and mentor a cohesive, high performing team.
* Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and governing documents.
* Serve as the primary liaison between residents, board and staff.
* Be a visible, proactive and positive force throughout the community.
