Assistant community association manager for two communities in the Leesburg area. Will ensure effective and efficient operations. Will assist and support the community association manager with the administration of the daily tasks and operations.

Requirements:

* Community association manager license.

* Must have favorable drug and background screening results.

* Must be able to prioritize work and follow directions explicitly.

* Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, association management software, Caliber a plus.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent communication skills

* Previous experience in association management.

Responsibilities:

* Assist manager with preparation and distribution of board, budget and annual meeting mailing materials.

* Receive and process maintenance requests, track work orders.

* Receive incoming owner and vendor calls, take appropriate action and keep the manager informed.

* Assist in maintenance of the association follow up file and necessary changes to contact information in management working files.

* Prepare and distribute welcome packages for new owners.

* Facilitate association and vendor mailings.

* Assist in producing a newsletter.

* Maintain liability insurance information.

* Assist in the creation and support of a website for owner access to rules, governing documents, minutes of meetings and newsletter distribution.

* Create reports (landscape, work orders, delinquencies, violations) with the management software.

* Assist ARB Coordinator processing architectural requests and answering inquiries.

* Assist the manager on special projects.

* Back up to maintaining the gate computer.

* Serve as back up manager when the manager is out.

* Assist with review of all contracts and preparation of bid specifications.

* Assist with mailings to members.

* Assist with preparation and distribution of the agenda and packets for board meetings.

* Attend the annual meeting, check in the owners, assist with election procedures. * Assist in the enforcement of the bylaws, CC&Rs, rules, regulations and architectural guidelines.
