Requirements:

* Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles within resorts or condominium hotels. Supervising experience is highly valued.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively across multiple departments.

* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.

* Knowledge of revenue management techniques to optimize occupancy and profitability.

* Background in budgeting, human resources and operational planning within the hospitality industry.

* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse guests effectively.

* Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures and hotel software systems is essential.

* Demonstrated ability to handle guest complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

* Will lead and supervise all resort departments, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.

* Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting and cost control measures to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

* Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations and fostering a positive team environment that promotes professional development.

* Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring personalized service and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere.

* Supervise night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each day.

* Utilize multiple line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

* Implement hotel management best practices to uphold safety standards, cleanliness and operational efficiency across the resort.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality maintenance of facilities and amenities.

* Promote a culture of hospitality excellence by leading with enthusiasm, setting high standards and motivating staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
