Senior community association manager for a condominium in Aventura. Will lead community association operations by overseeing projects, advising the board, managing office functions, supervising staff and ensuring excellent resident service.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* 5+ years of community association management experience, supervisory experience preferred.
* Experience managing multiple communities and leading teams.
* Knowledge of Florida association laws and best practices.
* Strong leadership, financial, organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
* Experience with budgets, invoice processing, Microsoft Office and community management software.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main contact for the board, residents, vendors and contractors.
* Advise the board on governance, compliance and operations.
* Prepare and attend board and annual meetings.
* Supervise, coach and develop staff.
* Manage vendors, contracts, inspections and community standards.
* Oversee budgets, expenses, reserves and financial performance.
* Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
* Resolve resident concerns and maintain clear communication.
* Keep accurate records and conduct office, field and site visits.
