Part time CAM industry advisor for association management software in South Florida. Will work as an independent contractor for this remote / hybrid position.
Requirements:
* Active Florida LCAM license in good standing.
* Proven experience managing high rise communities of 400+ units. Portfolio or single site general manager roles both qualify.
* Hands on experience with budgets, reserves, vendors and board relations.
* Strong network among South Florida management companies and associations.
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Advise the product team on how large associations really operate: workflows, board reporting and Florida compliance (SIRS, milestone inspections, official records).
* Review features and help set priorities based on real onsite management experience.
* Represent the software at industry events (CAI, FCAP) and in professional networks.
* Take part in demos with management companies and boards as a subject matter expert.
* Create content: case studies, webinars and LinkedIn posts. Job #13150
