March 11, 2026 - Onsite Community Association Manager: $90,000-$100,000

Areas: Tampa Ocala

Onsite community association manager for a community in the Homosassa area. Must have 5+ years of onsite experience, CMCA, AMS and PCAM preferred. Under minimal supervision, will oversee and direct volunteer association inspectors with deed restrictions for the community. Will work closely with several committees of volunteers. Attend committee meetings to assist the committees with their responsibilities. Ensure that all support and service is conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the association, support the general manager on tasks and projects and the management agreement with the board.

Requirements:

* Prior experience with homeowners association CC&R's preferred.

* Formal negotiations training is helpful.

* Possess excellent interpersonal skills and negotiating powers to deal with a variety of personalities.

* Confident of skills and ability to make independent decisions.

* Willingness to adjust to varying schedules and changes in job related policies without becoming distressed.

* 5+ years onsite experience.

* CMCA, AMS and PCAM preferred.

* Must be self motivated, organized, detail oriented, flexible and be able to prioritize.

* Accountable for one's own work and accuracy and the work and accuracy of others.

* Knowledge of pertinent state and local regulations, laws and ordinances.

* Excellent interpersonal skills required. Supervisory skills are helpful, computer proficiency required.

* Able to function and supervise effectively under stress and interruptions.

* Must be willing to accept extreme deadline pressure and adapt to technological developments.

Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet residents and visitors as they enter the office with compliance related concerns and offer a comfortable and welcoming environment.

* Work with the Deed Restrictions Committee chair to determine compliance issues.

* Knowledge of the association's architectural guidelines, deed restrictions, governing documents and current state and local laws governing homeowners associations.

* Periodically inspect all areas of the community for compliance and ensure the deed restriction inspectors are consistently inspecting their assigned zones.

* Confirm reported noncompliance and follow up with owners and inspectors.

* Prepare correspondence between the Deed Restriction Committee and owners.

* Work with the Common Area Committee chair on inspections and reporting common area maintenance concerns to the vendor and committee members.

* Tracking all violations to compliance or through fine status and reporting and tracking common area maintenance concerns using Caliber software.

* Maintain file of violations and serve as the association's coordinator to and attend all meetings of Covenants Committee. Assist with meeting minute preparation, recording, tracking and filing.

* Maintain file of common area reports and serve as the coordinator to and attend all meetings of the Common Area Committee. Assist with meeting minute preparation, recording, tracking and filing.

* Prepare recommendations on compliance issues for the general manager, board members and committees.

* Prepare correspondence between the Fining Committee and owners.

* Prepare paperwork required for the Fining Committee with compiling notices, tracking, related paperwork, resident communications and resident assistance. Job #13116
