Portfolio manager for condominiums and homeowners associations in the Fort Myers area. At least 2 years of community association management experience is required.
Requirements:
* Performing site inspections, documenting violations and corrections.
* Attending board meetings and preparing timely minutes.
* Preparing board packets prior to meetings.
* Involvement in the budget process.
* Obtaining bids from vendors.
* Effectively communicating with board members.
* Managing and coaching onsite staff.
* Monitoring vendor contracts.
* Preparing mailings.
* Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.

* Effective management experience.
