Bilingual CAM manager for a community in Delray Beach, immediate opening. Must be a highly motivated individual who is not afraid to take on a challenge. Must have Yardi experience.

* Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.


* Provide management and leadership to the association. Collaborate to develop goals and communicate established goals. Ensure the goals and needs of the association are consistently met.

* Assign and review the work of staff, ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner and prioritize and delegate workload as necessary.

* Establish and maintain a positive relationship with owners, board and departments to ensure a high level of resident service and achievement goals and objectives.

* Initiate contact with new resident representatives to coordinate the move in process.

* Conduct site inspections regularly.

* Create, maintain and upload a wide variety of information for the association including work orders, signed meeting minutes and monthly management report. Fulfill all compliance expectations throughout the year.

* Observe safety standards and participate in efforts to provide a safe work environment.

* Conduct periodic safety meetings and ensure staff is trained and educated on safety procedures. Adhere to and maintain established hurricane procedures.

* Recommend and manage the budget. Monitor expenses, initiate cost reduction programs and negotiate prices with vendors. Ensure expenses are maintained within budget.

* Monitor vendor contracts regularly, submit renewal and cancellation notices, manage contract renewals professionally and advise of upcoming insurance renewals or lapse in coverage.
