Staff accountant for a well established residential and commercial management company in Palm Beach Gardens, CAM license not required. Needs to be very detail oriented and well organized.
Skills:
* 3-4 years residential management accounting experience is a must. Commercial accounting experience is a plus.
* Experience with TOPS accounting software a must.
* Strong knowledge of accounting practices/principles through month end close and the ability to apply that knowledge to work projects.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Proficient in Excel, as well as Microsoft Office/Outlook.
