Areas: Sarasota Bradenton

Portfolio community association manager for associations in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Will work directly with the boards to insure the successful operation of the communities. At least 5 years of experience is preferred, with working knowledge of Florida statues community associations.


* Ability to communicate effectively with managers, residents, guests and employees in one on one and small group situations in a fast paced environment.

* Must be computer literate.

* Actively seek growth and development within the profession.


* Deliver and promote prompt, courteous and outgoing friendly service to all residents, guests and fellow employees.

* Direct and coordinate the activities of vendors and evaluate their performance.

* Facilitate and prepare paperwork for meetings.

* Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following rules and regulations.

* Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment to determine repairs or maintenance.

* Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs and maintenance.

* Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs and construction projects.

* Maintain records of maintenance and operating costs.

* Assist the board with the selection of vendors and manage contracts for provision of association services such as cleaning, maintenance and security services.

* Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports.

* Confer regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.

* Meet with the boards and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues.
