Areas: Fort Lauderdale

Association manager for a community in Lauderdale Lakes. Will be responsible for maintaining the clubhouse, 3 pools and the successful management of all events and activities. Will manage the day to day operations and maintenance of the association.


* Supervise repairs and maintenance team. Ensure they are doing their job. Work with the Executive Committee to establish ongoing maintenance and repair projects.

* Manage contractors and vendor services to include inspection of service and work. Manage contracts and ensure compliance.

* Walk the association daily, documenting and prioritizing maintenance projects. Perform preventive maintenance to keep the community functioning.

* Supervise all events and activities to include set up and tear down.

* Perform computer skills proficiently. Send and receive emails as required via Microsoft Outlook. Generate required documentation requiring Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

* Enforce the rules.

* Respond to complaints.

* Plan renovations.

* Prepare and attend board meetings.
