Portfolio manager for condominiums and homeowners associations in the Saint Augustine area. Must be a dynamic, go getter with at least 3 years of experience. Must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal skills. The ability to confidently work within applicable Florida statutes and association governing documents is essential. This position requires exemplary client relations to work with land developers, board members, association residents and vendors. Responsibilities also include budget preparation, enforcing community restrictions, vendor management and assuming a leadership role in various capacities including director, resident and committee meetings. Must be able to work independently under the pressures of fast paced operations and multiple deadlines. Evening association meetings are required.
