Bilingual experienced portfolio manager for 718, 719 and 720 associations in Broward and Palm Beach County, English/French. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organization skills are essential. Must have 5 years of management experience in association regulations and Florida statutes governing associations. Exceptional analytical and management skills are required. Must be an effective team player in coordinating all objectives with the boards and support committees with excellent customer service demeanor and skills. Must have great customer service skills and proficiency in TOPS, Outlook, Word and Excel. Will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the associations, creating Excel data sheets, emails, data entry, contact management, research, carrying out mail merges, assisting in managing special projects, maintaining files, maintenance and office staff, communicating with the board and committees, working with all vendor services, contract security, landscaping, recreation area maintenance, ensure the integrity of the visitor software, access systems and TOPS. The ability to work with residents in addressing their concerns and issues resolution is essential.

Requirements:

* Work with the boards to set goals and develop strategies to reach goals.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in association management.

* Positive can do attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.

* Strong customer service skills.

* Thorough organization and administrative abilities.

* Thorough knowledge of condominium and homeowners association Florida statutes.

* Thorough knowledge of TOPS.

* Some experience with access control systems would be a plus.

* Friendly and courteous personality.

* Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Publisher, email and internet.

* Advanced knowledge of property search information, such as tax roll and county public records.

* Excellent communication skills, organization, grammatical and time management skills.

* Ability to multi task and effectively prioritize work requests.

* Bilingual English/French is a must.
