Areas: Panhandle

Experienced CAM manager for an association in Panama City Beach. Will help plan and facilitate all activities and transactions. Previous supervisory experience is required. Must have excellent time management, communication and administrative skills. Computer experience with spreadsheets is necessary.


* Previous experience in association management or other related fields.

* Familiarity with association contracts and leases.

* Ability to build rapport with owners.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Supervisory experience.

* Excellent time management and administrative skills.


* Oversee and coordinate all association transactions.

* Educate new owners.

* Investigate and resolve owner complaints.

* Update and improve the community to increase return on investment.

* Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.

* Supervise and train staff.

* Enforce the rules and regulations.

* Handle all aspects of association meetings.
