October 27, 2019 - Bilingual CAM: $70,000-$100,000

Areas: Miami

Bilingual CAM for a large homeowners association in the Doral area. Will plan, direct, recommend and implement policies and procedures to ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the association are provided in a first class manner and in accordance with community rules and regulations. Must provide exemplary service while performing all responsibilities and demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.

This is a hands on leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the community. Will be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency consultation in the event of incidents requiring management intervention.


* 2-3 years of CAM or related business experience.

* Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Advanced command of computer hardware and software, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.


* Supervise hiring and management of employees and supervise selection and management of outside vendor staffing.

* Schedule and review staff assignments to assure adequate coverage while being conscious of working within the budget.

* Plan, direct and oversee implementation of comprehensive systems for protection of the community assets and records of the association in a professional manner.

* Inspect community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.

* Document, interview and assists resident regarding complaints about employees and vendor staff conduct.

* Direct inspection of premises to detect hazards and to ensure that safety rules are posted and enforced.

* Promptly investigates and makes a full written report of all accidents or claims for damage and personal injury.

* Prepare reports and insurance claims for damages to the association, including estimated cost of repair.

* Prepare posting of the agenda for meetings and supervise file and record management.

* Attend meetings.

* Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and reviews same for accuracy and variance trends.

* Provides a monthly management report to the board with recommendations to enhance community appearance, values and promote harmony among residents.

* Provide a one page, weekly report to the board briefly summarizing the past weeks major events.

* Maintain a professional relationship with the board and owners.

* Prepare the annual budget and coordination of board meetings.

* Must be able to perform violation inspections.

* Monitor compliance with rules and regulations and implement procedures for handling violations.

* Solicit bids for maintenance, construction and projects. Participate in selection of contractors and vendors.

* Inspect the repair and maintenance of equipment and building components and review invoices to confirm work completion and contract compliance.

* Track all architectural change requests and inspect for compliance upon completion.

* Assist with hurricane preparation and implementation of preparedness protocol.

* Maintain the association’s website.
