January 19, 2020 - Portfolio Manager: $50,000-$55,000

Areas: West Palm Beach

Portfolio manager for 4 associations in Jupiter, North Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. Will manage the day to day physical and financial operation of the associations, including serving as a primary liaison with board members, owners, vendors and tenants. At least 1 year of experience required.


* Perform periodic inspections. * Maintain the associations at a high level of appearance and performance.

* Resolve emergency maintenance issues.

* Maintain good owner relations.

* Review, understand and enforce association rules and regulations.

* Communicate with residents to address their needs and resolve issues.

* Prepare annual meeting notices, annual budgets and review monthly financial reports.

* Provide monthly financials to board members.

* Will prepare documents for mailing and deliver to the administrative assistant at least 3 days prior to mailing.

* Must be prepared to send an eblast to all owners.

* Proficient in using TOPS.

* Prepare and code invoices for payment.

* Obtain and supervise vendors.

* Evaluate service contract requirements.

* Establish performance specifications.

* Manage the competitive bid process.

* Assist clients buying, selling and leasing their real estate. Assist in processing applications.
