Areas: Tampa

Portfolio manager need for associations in the Tampa area. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing community associations is required. Must be self motivated, organized and work well with others to manage condominium, cooperatives and homeowners associations. Responsibilities will include assisting and interacting with board members, membership and vendors.


* Superior problem solving abilities.

* Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once.

* Ability to remain composed in stressful situations.

* Positive, service driven attitude.

* Excellent written and verbal communication.

* Proficient in Google Drive, Word and Excel.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* Experience dealing with vendors and contractors.

* Prefer a CMCA or higher designation.

* Knowledge of CINC, Strongroom and Ebridge a plus, but not a requirement.


* Conduct inspections of the common areas.

* Inspect the community for violations of the rules and regulations and monitoring compliance.

* Must be proficient in reading a financial statement.

* Approve and code invoices for payment.

* Answer resident phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

* Communicate with the community and board regularly.

* Solicit bids and manage vendor contracts for services.

* Monitor financials.

* Create budgets.

* Attend board, annual and budget meetings.

* Assist committees.
