October 25, 2019 - Experienced Community Association Manager: $90,000-$100,000

Areas: Tampa

Experienced community association manager for a luxury premier association in the South Tampa area. Will be fully accountable for all association operations. Leadership ability is a must. Will be responsible for providing the overall supervision of the community, including inspections, overall maintenance, vendor and contract management and budgeting and invoice processing. Will interact with owners, vendors, board members and committee members.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of actively managing community associations.

* A strong background in special project management is preferred.

* A strong hospitality background is a plus.

* Excellent people skills.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft application and Caliber software experience preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication.

* Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.

* Strong time management.

* Strong problem solving and conflict management.

* Ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including vendors, personnel, office staff and all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the operation and administration of the community.

* Act as the primary liaison between the board, staff and residents.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties.

* Ensure community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized, such as annual calendar, action item list, worksheets, agendas, committee charters, procurement procedures, operating budget, etc.

* Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the board.

* Conduct inspections, generate violation notices and enforcement process.

* Provide and oversee recommendations to the board and committees regarding major capital expenditures to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.

* Monitor delinquency rates and collections process.

* Attend board meetings community events.

* Assist the board with the architectural review process and routine inspections.

* Coordinate and oversee inspection of building facilities and common areas and arrange appropriate follow up actions. Job #12649
