Experienced full time onsite manager for a condominium in West Palm Beach. Minimum of 3-5 years of condominium management experience required.
Requirements:
* Proficient in association management operating software, as well as Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Strong written and communication skills in English and Spanish a plus.
* Experienced with budget preparation and financial review.
* Will oversee a staff of 3-4 maintenance and janitorial personnel.
* Knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes.
* Superior administrative skills.
* Organize and attend the annual meeting and monthly board meetings.
* Obtain bids, oversee building projects and maintain external contracts.
* Impeccable organization skills.
* Problem resolution skills.
