June 16, 2020 - Experienced Onsite Manager: $55,000-$60,000

Areas: Saint Augustine

Experienced onsite manager for a condominium in Saint Augustine. A minimum of 3 years of actively managing community associations is required. A strong background in special project management is preferred. Will be responsible for providing the overall supervision of the community, including inspections, overall maintenance, vendor and contract management, budgeting and invoice processing. Will interact with owners, vendors, board members and committee members.

* Bilingual preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Caliber software experience preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.

* Strong time management.

* Strong problem solving and conflict management.

* Ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel including vendors, personnel, office staff and all levels of management.


* Supervise the operation and administration of the community association.

* Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the board and owners.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties as requested by the board.

* Ensure community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized such as preventive maintenance calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, contracts, matrixes, committee charters, procurement procedures, operating budget, etc.

* Review monthly financial reports.

* Conduct inspections, generate violation notices and enforcement process.

* Provide recommendations to the board and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.

* Monitor delinquency rates and collections process.

* Attend board meetings community events as needed.

* Prepare board packages.

* Assist with the architectural review process and routine inspections.

* Responsible for maintenance of records data base, including updating resident information.

* Responsible for project vendor management.

* Coordinate and oversee inspection of building facilities and common areas and arrange appropriate follow up actions.
