Areas: West Palm Beach

Onsite manager for a large association in Royal Palm Beach, immediate opening. Will be responsible for providing the overall supervision of the association. Will interact with all residents, vendors, board members and committee members.

Requirements:

* Must be efficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.

* Knowledge of the role of the association board, the community association manager and how those roles interface with the requests of owners.

* Able to solve conflicts with residents in a professional manner.

* Professional customer service skills and communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

* High energy, self motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

* Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

* Must be reliable and on call 7 days a week.

* Minimum 5 years of community association experience.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the operation and administration of the association in accordance with the association's policies, procedures and Florida Statute 720.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties as requested by the board.

* Solicit bids from several contractors for the board to review.

* Review monthly financial reports.

* Monitor delinquencies and send suspension letters.

* Plan and supervise all special events at the clubhouse.

* Attend board meetings and community events.

* Create agendas and prepare board packages.

* Take minutes at meetings and upload to the website.

* Purchase supplies and equipment for the association.

* Manage spreadsheet and petty cash.

* Ensure the board is aware of legal actions involving the association.

* Maintain contract binder and make sure certificate of liability is up to date.

* Assist with the architectural review process and inspections.

* Oversee estoppels.

* Able to upload documents to the website. Also send out electronic notices to the residents.

* Responsible for routine and special project vendor management, including procurement as well as performance evaluation as contracted.

* Responsible for daily training and supervision of all clubhouse staff.

* Coordinate and oversee the inspection of building facilities and common areas, lakes and arrange appropriate follow up actions.
