Bilingual community association manager to work within the day to day operations of the management company in the Saint Cloud area. At least 3 years of experience is required. The position includes strategic planning for growth including bringing on new business contracts, customer service for existing customer base and working within the general operations of the business. Must have experience in managing, goal setting and a vast understanding of financial matters. Must have dedication to the company, efficient use of time and be customer service oriented. Ability to work a demanding work schedule to meet the associations' needs, including some nights and weekends. Must understand the overall performance of the organization and teamwork. Expectations are to have dedication to the associations including financials, appearance, homeowner relations and will ensure the communities are operating efficiently. Interested in interviewing candidates with a strong work ethic, a long term commitment to the organization and a strong knowledge of Florida statutes for condominiums and homeowners associations.

Requirements:

* Working knowledge of Florida statutes for condominiums and homeowners associations.

* Working knowledge of budgets.

* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
