Association manager for a small, boutique high rise condominium on the beach in the Boca Raton area. Must be passionate and motivated about association management. Will report to a supportive, collaborative board that is committed to your success and helping you achieve your professional and personal goals. Will have a vital role in the success of managing a maintenance technician to insure we keep the community in pristine condition. Will be responsible for the financial, administrative, maintenance and all other operations of the association.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3-5 years as an assistant manager or manager.

* Strong background in accounting/finance with proven skills.

* Ability to travel via automobile.

* A valid driver’s license.

* Community association management accounting software experience preferred.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* A positive, motivating and team oriented attitude.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to work with a diverse group of people and vendors.

Responsibilities:

* Exhibit strong commitment to the needs of the association and residents.

* Represent the association in a professional and courteous manner.

* Ensure all budget guidelines are followed consistently.

* Prepare weekly and monthly reports to include variance, leasing, renewal, financial, market and CAM reconciliation.

* Evaluate financial performance and market trends to identify and implement solutions.

* Daily communication and collaboration with board, vendors and owners.

* Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the community and resources.

* Work well independently, as well as in a team environment.

* Physically walk and inspect the community regularly to address issues and to ensure it meets standards.

* Coordinate with local and state officials to ensure compliance with all appropriate laws, codes, and ordinances. Be knowledgeable in terms of setting up board meetings and understanding condominium association laws.

* Have the ability to put in the time and effort to manage the association in all aspects. Job #10816
