Full time community association manager for a homeowners association in Fort Myers. Must have at least 3 years of management experience. Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Intermediate command of computer hardware and software is required, specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise hiring and management of direct employees and supervise selection and management of outside vendor staffing to assure personnel are capable of meeting the community's goals and high standards in a hospitable, sensitive and courteous manner.

* Schedule and review staff assignments to assure adequate coverage while being conscious of working within the budget.

* Plan, direct and oversee implementation of comprehensive systems for protection of the community assets and records of the association in a professional manner.

* Inspect community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.

* Assist in preparation and posting of the agenda for meetings.

* Provide a monthly management report to the board with recommendations, to enhance community appearance, values and promote harmony among residents.

* Solicit bids for maintenance, construction and other community projects.

* Perform all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. Job #11650
