Bilingual manager for a multiple tower high rise in North Miami Beach. Must ensure the association is maintained and operated in accordance with objectives and facilitate solutions to problems. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 3 years of experience in association management. Previous experience with developer start ups a plus. Communication in English and Spanish is required.
Requirements:

* Knowledge of assets, cash balance and availability of funds for projects and cash flow management for capital improvements.

* Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Must be self driven with the ability to identify, plan and prioritize business opportunities.
