Onsite manager for a homeowners association in Boynton Beach. Must be a self motivated project manager with experience. Will work directly with board, residents and vendors to ensure applicable scope and budget. Will coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure completion of projects. Must be a creative, loyal, stable and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. Requires flexible schedule to accommodate meetings, end of month deadlines and hurricane preparation.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in community association management.

* Operating knowledge of TOPS Software, QuickBooks, Word and Excel.

* Experience with process management and improvement.

* Must have outstanding customer service, effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Meet with the board to discuss, clarify and recommend detailed site requirements and improvements, with regular required reports.

* Meet budgetary objectives and financial requirements of the homeowners association.

* Manage the clubhouse and amenities from an onsite office.

* Inspect and report community violations.

* Regular inspection of the community and continued vendor contact.

* Advise the board of pertinent statutes and laws.

* Provide and maintain architectural approvals, maintenance requests and sales information.
