Licensed CAM manager for a community in Martin County. A minimum of 3 years of association management experience is required, including successful management of a large association. Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. Advanced command of computer hardware and software is required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and QuickBooks. Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., no late hours or weekends unless emergency.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise hiring and management of direct employees and outside vendor staffing.

* Schedule and review staff assignments to assure adequate coverage.

* Inspect the community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.

* Document, interview and assist residents regarding complaints.

* Prepare posting of the agenda for meetings.

* Attend meetings.

* Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.

* Provide a monthly management report.

* Prepare the annual budget.

* Monitor compliance with rules and regulations and implement procedures for handling violations.

* Solicit bids for maintenance, construction and community projects. Participate in selection of contractors and vendors.
