Onsite manager for a 55+ community in North Fort Myers, immediate opening. Must have at least 2 years of CAM experience. Will effectively communicate with the board of directors and dedicate your time to managing the association.

Responsibilities:
* Perform site inspections, documenting violations and corrections.
* Attend board and committee meetings and preparing timely minutes.
* Prepare board packets prior to meetings.
* Involvement in the budget process.
* Obtain bids from vendors
* Effectively communicate with the board.
* Manage and coach onsite administrative and maintenance staff.
* Monitor contracts.
* Prepare mailings.
* Respond to emails and phone calls.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Effective management experience.
* Ability to calm irate individuals and remain professional at all times.
