Association manager for an umbrella association in New Port Richey. Must have 5-7 years of experience. Will manage and oversee all aspects of day to day business functions of the association. Will work with vendors to obtain bids for service, full charge bookkeeping, maintain payroll and benefits for 5 employees, oversee clubhouse calendar and events, prepare monthly newsletter, maintain website, work closely with accountant. attorney, bank officials, public officials, managers and management companies of the sub associations, prepare monthly financial statements, board member package, annual budgets, maintain required insurance coverage, and keep and maintain all association records. Will serve as the registered agent of the association.
