October 01, 2020 - Part Time Mobile Home Park Manager: $18 per hour

Areas: Orlando

Part time mobile home park manager in the Fort Meade area, 20 hours per week. Will oversee the operation and maintenance of the mobile home park and is also responsible for planning and coordinating the daily operations and activities.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of office management duties.

* Knowledge of facility maintenance and safety practices.

* Knowledge of computers, spreadsheet software and office equipment.

* Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

* Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices and procedures.

* Ability to clean and make minor repairs to the buildings and grounds.

* Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment.

* Ability to organize and manage workload.

* Ability to communicate effectively.

* Ability to make effective decisions.

* Ability to resolve problems effectively.

* Ability to read, interpret and analyze instructions and data effectively.

* Ability to resolve problems effectively.

* Ability to maintain records, files, and reports.

Responsibilities:

* Schedule and supervise activities.

* Perform administrative duties.

* Responsible for the maintenance of buildings and grounds.

* Request work orders.

* Conduct pre leasing interviews and schedule reservation.

* Maintain the schedule for the Activities Center rentals, receipts and reconcile fees and deposits.

* Organize and maintain the monthly calendar.

* Maintain a weekly inspection log of maintenance issues.

* Oversee sales of golf carts permits.

* Serve as liaison with the park’s homeowners association.

* Enforce rules and regulations and maintains records.

* Inspect all buildings and grounds on a weekly basis. Job #12752
