Experienced large association manager for a master association in Boynton Beach. Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the association. Must have a minimum of 4-5 years of large association experience and strong construction experience. Must have great customer service and computer skills.
Requirements:
* Supervise employees and vendors.
* Plan, direct and oversee implementation of comprehensive systems for protection of the community.
* Inspect the community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.
* Document, interview and assist residents regarding complaints.
* Inspect premises to detect safety hazards and to ensure the safety rules are posted and enforced.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and insurance claims for damages to the association.
* Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
* Provide monthly management report to board of directors with recommendations.
* Assist in preparation of the annual budget.
* Assist in monitoring compliance with rules and regulations.
* Solicit bids for maintenance and construction projects and participate in selection of contractors and vendors.
* Process and track all architectural change requests by unit owners.
