Portfolio manager for associations in Ponte Vedra Beach. Will be responsible to manage the day to day operations of condominiums and homeowners associations.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience managing communities is required.
* Strong problem solver with the ability to build positive relationships with boards and residents.
* Confident personality with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
* Self starter with a proactive approach to association management.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software: Word, Excel and Outlook. TOPS experience is a plus.
* Good interpersonal skills and professionalism is required.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day to day operations of condominiums and homeowners associations.
* Review financial statements, prepare budgets and present to the board.
* Communicate with board, resident and owners.
* Prepare for and attend board meetings.
* Enforce community restrictions.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure curb appeal.
* Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, manage vendors and verify contractor information.
* Provide excellent customer service and deal with issues to ensure positive board relationships are maintained.
