Community association manager: Account manager for the Jacksonville area. This position requires a high level of attention to detail. Requires flexibility, adaptability, coordination, and superb communication skills. Will provide support and training to onsite staff, and visit sites to fill vacant managerial/administrative positions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred.
* Team player and ability to adapt to a constant changing environment.
* Excellent communication skills are a must.
* The ability to conduct presentations and meetings in front of board members and managers.
* Superb critical thinking and solution driven mentality with the ability to perform in high pressure situations.
* Working knowledge of OSHA standards and maintenance procedures.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and use time effectively based on key priorities.
* Organization skills are required.
* Computer literacy: High command of computer hardware and software is required. Specifically, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
* Able to travel long distances on a regular basis to different locations in their region and act as an additional resource in other regions.
* Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement.
* Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner, 24-7.
