Areas: Saint Augustine

General manager for a beautiful oceanfront condominium in Saint Augustine Beach. Will be expected to conduct and maintain daily operations ensuring the well being of the condominium. Will oversee operations and management of community and grounds. Must have and maintain a full understanding of the condominium documents and bylaws of the association. Will be is responsible for participating and executing decisions resulting from the board meetings.

Requirements:

* Management experience required. Previous association management experience a plus.

* Professional appearance and communication is a must.

* Excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently or manage multiple projects with many moving parts.

* Technology savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

* Strong marketing skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Must be a team player and self motivated individual who will find solutions.

* Must be detail oriented with a focus on customer service.

* Previous hospitality experience a plus.

* Proficiency in Escapia a plus.

* Professional references required.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and present manager’s report at board meetings.

* Attend and execute on decisions determined in board meetings.

* Manage website, social media sites and necessary communication.

* Promote a customer service centric environment, committed to being responsive, dependable and acting with integrity.

* Ability to communicate and interact with board members, renters, office staff, vendors, etc.

* Establish and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork.

* Act as an owner resource, providing excellent customer service.

* Own resolving grievances, conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Review budgets and consistently look for ways to maximize and modify for most effective operations.

* Track condominium assessment collection and minimize delinquency through record keeping and follow up.

* Create a reserve schedule with the treasurer.

* Inspect the grounds, buildings, common areas and review with the maintenance supervisor.

* Develop and direct and effective preventive maintenance and repair program.

* Obtain bids and implement board decisions for services, repairs and equipment.

* Report directly to the rental board through the president.

* Schedule appropriate staff for reservations and check ins.
