Association manager for a community in Fort Myers, immediate opening. At least 3 years of CAM experience is required. Real estate experience would be helpful. The ability to communicate freely and clearly is important. TOPS knowledge and experience would be a plus.

Requirements:

* Ability to make sound business decisions and work effectively with little or no supervision.

* Strong time management, problem solving and conflict management.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the operation and administration of the community association.

* Perform and direct administrative and management duties.

* Conduct inspections, generate violation notices and enforcement process.

* Monitor delinquency rates and collections process.

* Attend board meetings.

* Prepare the budget.

* Responsible for routine and special project vendor management.
