Condominium manager for an association in Fort Myers. At least 3 years of CAM experience is preferred. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and overall building maintenance would be an asset. The ability to communicate clearly is important. Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial and maintenance of the community.
Requirements:

* Solid knowledge of Florida statutes.
* Real estate experience/license is a plus as there is an opportunity to earn sizeable additional income through sales and rentals.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the operation and administration of the association.
* Perform administrative and management duties.
* Supervise maintenance staff.
* Conduct inspections and issue violation notices.
* Monitor delinquencies.
* Prepare agendas, attend board meetings, present manager’s report and prepare minutes of meetings.
* Prepare the budget.
* Perform all preparations necessary for the annual meeting.
* Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
* Solicit bids for all community projects.
* Responsible for routine and special project vendor management.
* Coordinate and oversee inspections of buildings, facilities and common areas.
* Be available for on call emergencies if necessary.
