Requirements:
* 6-10 years of experience required.
* Good people and communication skills.
* Mange a team of 4+ employees.
* Must have experience with projects, bids, elevators and cooling towers.
* Good working knowledge with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Email, Excel and Building Link, etc.
* Able to actively manage budgets and expenses.
* Prior management experience at a luxury, multiple condo high rise is a plus.
