Areas: Punta Gorda

Community manager for an association in North Port. Will manage a staff of 10 employees. Will report to the board. Will be responsible for all operations, human resources, budgeting, recreation facilities, maintenance, outside contractors, including landscape service. Inspection of community for deed restriction and rule violation. Frequent meetings with the board and residents. Will attend monthly evening meetings. Friendly environment.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of successful management of community associations.

* Familiarity with House Bill 1855. Understanding of the requirements of a special district.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work well with residents and committees.

* Experience with budget preparation and finance. Experience working for a board is valuable.
