Portfolio manager for condominiums and homeowners associations in the Fort Myers area. Management experience required. Will effectively communicate with the boards, vendors and residents and dedicate time to managing the associations. The full service accounting department works on the development of the budgets and financial reports, pays vendor bills, renews insurance policies and collects all monies owed to the community. An excellent support staff is provided and work/life balance is encouraged. Will be responsible to perform site inspections, document violations and corrections, attend meetings and prepare minutes and manage and coach onsite staff.
