Experienced full time CAM for a premier condominium association in Sebring. Must be results oriented and people first driven. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of condominium management experience.
Requirements:
* Superior management and impeccable organizational skills.
* Proficient in association management operating software as well as Microsoft Office, Office Suite, QuickBooks, etc.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Ability to oversee 9 person staff which includes office, landscape and maintenance departments.
* Knowledge of maintenance and irrigation.
* Good communication skills and the ability to resolve day to day problems.
* Knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes.
* Some project management experience.
* Organize and attend the annual meeting and monthly board meetings.
* Problem resolution.
