Regional community association manager for a portfolio of communities in the Gainesville area. Will manage each community’s lifestyle and the quality of life of the residents. To encourage productivity this position is a hybrid work model that is flexible and supports a blend of in office, remote and on the go employee.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience managing community association in a portfolio setting.
* Experience in an environment requiring high levels of customer service, highly motivated and confident professional, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, proven leadership, problem solving skills, competent in Excel, Word, Outlook and experience with financial reports and budgets.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee each community’s club director and maintenance tech and ensure they are performing their job duties effectively and efficiently.
* Communicate and work closely with board members for each community.
* Facilitate and attend board meetings.
* Conduct site inspections regularly, identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the community. Ensure compliance with association documents and Florida statutes. Process monthly violation notifications.
* Oversee maintenance, hire and supervise vendors. Solicit bids, meet with vendors and contractors and inspect work to ensure completion of repairs and projects.
* Facilitate the resolution of disputes and enforcement of association rules and regulations.
* Working knowledge of association governing documents, Florida statutes pertaining to association management and enforcement and compliance of community documents.
* Review financials, work within budget guidelines, monitor and approve expenditures pertaining to the annual budget. Communicate budget variances to the Accounting Department.
* Responsible for day to day operations of all aspects of the portfolio of communities.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to association operations.
