Association manager for a condominium association in Daytona Beach. Will be responsible to manage the day to day operations of the association. Part time to full time, depending on projects. Minimum onsite 20-25 hours per week.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience with a thorough understanding of Florida Chapter 718.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, able to read financial statements.
* Responsible for identifying building maintenance needs, supervising maintenance staff, obtaining bids and proposals to present to the board, payroll
submission, daily bookkeeping, interaction with residents.
* Attend all board meetings and assist in meeting preparation.
* Good interpersonal skills and professionalism, self starter, able to work
independently, strong problem solver, able to assess situations quickly and take
appropriate action.
