Experienced part time manager for an association in Southern Palm Beach County, 20-25 hours per week. Must be a nonsmoker with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Must possess strong leadership skills and have experience as an onsite manager. Will be responsible for the day to day operation and management of the association and report directly to the board. Amenities include 24/7 door staff, pool, spa, tennis/pickle ball, gym, community room, game room, cabanas and underground parking.
Required skills:
* Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of the City of Boca Raton building codes and 718 Florida statutes.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Ability to work with a wide range of individuals, including staff, vendors, community members and the board.
* Fully understand the declarations, articles, bylaws, rules and generate violation notices and manage enforcement process.
* Be well organized and have strong time management skills.
* Experience with budget preparation, board meetings, posting notices, conduct routine inspections, monthly management and inspection reports, understand financial reports, maintain unit and contract files and all statutorily mandated records.
* Attend board meetings and prepare minutes.
* Coordinate and oversee inspection of common areas and arrange appropriate follow up action.
* Experience with major building projects.
* Oversee the maintenance department and implement housekeeping and maintenance schedules.
* Oversee the concierge staff to ensure the rules an regulations are followed. Will receive one week of vacation after one year of employment. Job #11420
