Association manager for a community in Juno Beach. Will manage the association’s contracts, assist the board with vendor bids, handle association correspondence and ensure continuity of information to the board and residents. * Understand and perform tasks in accordance with contract terms.
* Regularly inspect the community and report architectural and violations to the board members.

* Review work orders and make recommendations for repetitive problems or reoccurrences.
* Collaborate to ensure continuity of all information being sent to the board and residents.
