Licensed community association manager for a boutique beach front condominium in Hillsboro Beach. Will be responsible for managing the condominium community and open and upcoming projects.
Requirements include:
* In depth financial management for drafting the proposed budget, tracking and dispersing funds, overseeing the collection of dues and assessments.
* Soliciting bids from and hiring subcontractors, negotiating contracts for board review and processing work orders.
* Managing reserve funds and accounts, overseeing the end of year financial audit.
* Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of the community, ensuring common areas are safe and visually appealing.
* Ability to maintain a level headed approach in interactions with the condominium community and board. Research and handle complaints.
* Must have excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
* Oversee daily operations, scheduling and approving repairs, supervising projects, maintaining records and supervising staff consisting of concierge, security and administrative assistant/bookkeeper.
* Available for emergencies that could occur during off hours.
* Must have 7-10 years of experience. Must be knowledgeable of Florida statutes and laws relating to condominiums.
* Building is in process of concrete restoration and preparing for Florida state new reserve law, must be knowledgeable in these areas. Job #12945
