Areas: Punta Gorda

Onsite manager for an association in the Port Charlotte area. Must be skilled and experienced to oversee the operations and management of the association. Must have a strong background in association management, exceptional leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent service to the residents.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, association management or a related field is preferred.

* Previous experience in community association management, 3-5 years preferred.

* Strong knowledge of homeowners association laws, regulations and best practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve effectively.

* Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS or PCAM are a plus.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day to day operations of the community, including maintenance, landscaping, security and other essential services.

* Implement policies, procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective management of the association.

* Maintain accurate records, including financial documents, meeting minutes and resident communications.

* Develop and manage the association's budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.

* Oversee the collection of assessments and dues, ensuring timely payments and compliance with financial policies.

* Work with the board to prepare financial reports and provide recommendations for fiscal management.

* Provide support to the boar and committees, including preparing meeting agendas, facilitating discussions and implementing decisions.

* Act as a liaison between the board, committees and residents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

* Identify, hire and manage vendors and contractors for community services, maintenance and projects.

* Negotiate contracts, oversee work quality and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and association standards.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding community issues, inquiries and complaints.

* Foster a positive and welcoming community atmosphere through effective communication, conflict resolution and community events.

* Ensure compliance with governing documents, state laws and regulations governing community associations.

* Enforce community rules and regulations fairly and consistently, addressing violations as needed.
