Experienced licensed CAM to manage a 200 unit association in Melbourne Beach. A minimum of 3 years of experience with managing condominium associations is required. Must have proficient computer skills, be knowledgeable with QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Frontsteps , Florida Statute 718 and condominium governing documents.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of the common elements and amenities.
* Act as the liaison between the board, vendors, owners and staff.
* Ability to work closely and effectively with board, attorney, contractors, vendors and accountant.
* Work independently with attention to detail and follow up skills.
* Project management, prepare and obtain vendor bids and oversee contractors.
* Analyze and prepare financial statements. Review community financials for accuracy, monitor variances, identify trends and recommend actions to the board.
* Prepare for and coordinate all board, committee and membership meetings.
* Attend all board and membership meetings.
* Routinely inspect grounds, amenities and equipment. Conduct assigned inspections and violation reports.
* Identify complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve issues following the rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
