Experienced general manager for a pristine gulf front condominium in beautiful Siesta Key. Responsible for all aspects of daily operations including human resources, facilities maintenance, fiscal budget management, in house rental program, project management, guest relations, security and all communications necessary to promote the association’s goals. The ideal candidate will be seasoned and hands on with operations, an enthusiastic self motivated individual who can lead the staff to perform at their optimum level. Needs to instill accountability and results with a vision.

Minimum Requirements:

* 5 years of leadership experience.

* 3-5 years of general manager experience.

* 5 years minimum continuous employment with a single employer


* Physical plant management and maintenance experience.

* Hospitality experience.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) or basic Spanish communications skills.


* Lead staff to achieve association goals.

* Train and develop staff, while holding them accountable to association standards.

* Motivate employees, maintaining a positive work environment.

* Perform employee reviews.

* Maintain a safe work environment.

* Provide regular updates to the board.

* Initiate contact with new owners to provide orientation.

Oversee Operations:

* Oversee outside contractors and vendors.

* Create and maintain a budget, ensuring spending remains within budgetary guidelines.

* Identify ways of improving processes to become more efficient and reduce operating costs.

* Evaluate and recommend upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent.

* Negotiate contracts with vendors, maximizing the association's value and obtain approvals according to spending guidelines.

* Maintain every aspect of the community to establish board standards and present a well maintained and manicured association for guests and owners.

* Maintain a safe secure community for the enjoyment of owners and guests.

Owner/Guest Relations:

* Ensure the highest standards of customer service to owners and guests.

* Respond to all owners and guest requests in a timely, professional, courteous manner.
