Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support and bookkeeping roles.

* Education: Associate's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.

* Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff and vendors.

* Problem Solving: Effective problem solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.

* Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence and maintaining records.

* Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.

* Financial Management: Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking and financial analysis.

* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up to date financial records and files.

* Invoicing and Payments: Prepare and send invoices, process payments and manage accounts receivable and payable.

* Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.

* Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

* Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, order supplies and ensure the office operates smoothly.

* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors, address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
