September 14, 2021 - Community Association Manager: $75,000-$85,000

Community association manager for an association in Bradenton. At least 2-3 years of CAM experience as well as outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.

Will plan, direct, recommend and implements policies and procedures to ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the association are provided in a first class manner and in accordance with community rules and regulations.

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the community. Will be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency consultation.


* Supervise hiring and management of direct employees and supervise selection and management of outside vendor staffing.

* Schedule and review staff assignments to assure adequate coverage while being conscious of working within the budget.

* Plan, direct and oversee implementation of comprehensive systems for protection of the community assets and records of the association in a professional manner.

* Inspect the community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.

* Document, interview and assists residents regarding complaints.

* Promptly investigate and make a full written report of all accidents or claims for damage and personal injury.

* Prepare reports and insurance claims for damages to the association, including estimated cost of repair.

* Prepare posting of the agenda for meetings, supervises file and record management and attend meetings.

* Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.

* Provide a weekly and monthly report to the board with recommendations.

* Prepare operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention, firefighting, traffic control and parking control.

* Prepare the annual budget and coordinate board meetings.

* Prepare recommendations for collection action on delinquent accounts.

* Perform violation inspections and maintain accurate records to follow up on rule violations.

* Monitor compliance with rules and regulations and implement procedures for handling violations.

* Solicit bids for maintenance, construction and community projects. Participate in selection of contractors and vendors.

* Supervise and monitor contractors.
